System Requirements

The Ambulance/EMS Management Billing system can operate on a single-user, stand-alone workstation or scale up to multiple users on several workstations. It also offers multi-provider capabilities within a single database.

Data is stored in Microsoft’s SQL Server™ database engine, supporting all versions including Desktop Edition/SQL Express.

Our minimum hardware requirements are as follows:

• Processor: Pentium® 4 running at 2.4 Ghz.
• Memory: 1 GB.
• Disk: at least 2 GB of free disk space.
• Video: Graphics card and monitor must run at 1024 by 768 resolution or higher.

Also, high-speed (cable or DSL) internet access is required for support purposes.
